Annual Membership & Dues
Utah VOAD welcomes organizations dedicated to disaster relief and community resilience. Per our 2026 Policies & Procedures Manual, we offer two primary ways to partner with us:
Which status is right for my organization?
- Voting Member ($100 Annual Dues): Best for NGO organizations that wish to actively participate in the governance and operations of Utah VOAD. Voting Members have the right to make motions and cast votes in all Utah VOAD matters (policy, disaster operations, projects, elections, etc.), hold Executive Committee positions, and have access to all membership privileges (see list of privileges blow). To maintain "Good Standing" and voting privileges, dues must be paid by January 31st each year.
- Affiliate Partner ($0 Dues): Best for organizations (non-profit, private, or public) that wish to remain integrated into our disaster response network, communication channels, and the Capabilities & Services Matrix, but do not desire voting rights or access to all membership privileges.
Annual Requirement for ALL Partners
Regardless of dues status, all partner organizations (both Voting and Affiliate) are required to complete the Annual Partnership Application each year. This ensures our statewide contact lists and capability matrix remain accurate for Emergency Managers during a disaster.
Payment Information
- Annual Dues: $100.00
- Deadline: January 31st (Note: For 2026, a grace period is in effect until February 28th).
